"Good bagels and friendly service. The bagels and eggs are always fresh and warm which is a nice bonus. However, they call out your order when it’s ready instead of giving out a number. This leads to a bit of confusion, especially when two people have the same order. They also write your order down a white board after being told it by the cashier, so there is the occasional slip-up which along with the low physical capacity can really slow things down. Sometimes it can take upwards of 40 minutes to get your order. The prices are also never listed before you actually order. Although they still have some really good bagels if you look past all of that, and it’s definitely worth it."
