"When my boyfriend and I arrived to pick up the food, the waiting area was cramped and difficult to navigate. A few other customers were ordering, and since there was no line, people arriving after us were able to cut in front of us at the counter while we just waited for our pick-up. After about 10 minutes, we finally managed to reach the counter.
I ordered the Ham Melt, and my boyfriend went for the Bacon Cheeseburger with fries. The fries were quite good—similar to the standard boardwalk fries in the area. However, my Ham Melt was decent but served on a soggy bun. Unfortunately, my boyfriend's burger was significantly worse; it was completely soggy, and the lettuce was old and slimy. The bacon tasted microwaved, and he ended up with an upset stomach after eating just half of it. On top of that, we found a white hair in his burger.
Given this experience, we won't be returning, despite the positive reviews from my coworkers."
