"UPDATE: THEY RESPONDED TO MY COMMENT I REACHED OUT NEVER HEARD BACK THEY RESPOND LIKE THEY TRYING TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION BUT NEVER REACHES OUTDO NOT EAT HERE !!!!! Me and my friends ordered 3 well done cheeseburgers and fries from here at 8 the restaurant close at 9. Everybody ate majority of the meal but was still some left over. At first my friend got sick and hurled the food back up. That night she was going to call the restaurant but I told her maybe she just had an upset stomach or ate her food too fast …. Later that night we went home I got home and hurled the food back up around 3 in the morning at around 7 in the morning my friend text the group chat and informed us she hurled the food up as well. My friend took it upon herself to call the restaurant and told her with happened and the lady had the nerve to say “ so this happened yesterday and you didn’t call” she told her “restaurant closed at 9 we picked up at 8 it was closed” she said she was going to have manager call her back manager never called. Later that day she called corporate lady was rude to not an apologetic at all when there was clearly something wrong with the food that day. Lady from corporate said manager will call me back here it is a week later and no phone call. One of my friends actually inquired hospital bills because she thought it might be food poison….. at least the restaurant could’ve did was give me a call back. Apologized or offered a refund…. I will no longer eat here. Also I will be leaving a review every single day into we receive a call back…. on my off days starting June 16 I will be at the restaurant outside and will be letting everybody know the service I endured when eating here. Since everybody wants to be unprofessional and rude I will be matching energy so see you then."

"I want to start off and say I HIGHLY recommend the cheese curds! I had the beef tacos for my entree and it was literally taco bell meat at a premium price. When I spoke with the waitress on if they offered flights and what the pour size was (it wasn't listed anywhere that they did or the pricing) she asked if I was from the board or something?? I didn't understand why asking the and size of the pours meant I was from a beer authority? The beer was terrible. I realized after assessing the menu, which happened to list IBUs for each brew, that the IBUs remained relatively consistent across the board, i.e., a wheat beer didn't have much less than a double IPA. I physically couldn't make myself finish the flight. When the waitress checked on me and asked how everything was I said that I was finished with the flight, and she said well, it's not for everyone. I decided that I should try some other styles to give it another shot. This next flight had a desert style cobbler beer in it and it was so unbelivablely overly sweet! This flight was much worse than the first, I only took a sip from each pour. The waitress again noted that these beers aren't for everyone. I am personally an avid craft beer drinker and I have never had beer as terrible in a brewery as I have had here. The attitude from the waitress around my not liking the beer was very over the top and it seemed like she took it personally for some reason. I never gave specifics on what I didn't care for, only that I was finished with the flights while they remained unfinished. Again, I would highly recommend the cheese curds and the cheese curves alone."

"So disappointed. we ordered apps, drinks and 3 dinners. Our app and one of the dinners was GF. Our GF menu BBQ chicken nachos had 4 pieces of chicken, hardly any cheese and very little BBQ sauce. Most of the app was just plain chips. We ordered 2 regular dinners and one gluten free dinner. Our server disappeared so a different server brought our food over. Our GF daughter received her dinner from the server which is a huge NO NO at 110 Grill, all allergen dinners are served by a manager. And usually marked. Our dinners were cold when served. We sent them back and received them back and they were still cold. We just decided to eat them. We didnt have a very kind server and we seemed to be bugging her all night by merely being there so it wasn't worth the effort. The manager who was fantastic did come over and apologize for the GF mix up but here's the thing, my daughter has a pretty signficant allergic reaction to gluten...this isn't a diet choice by any means. We could have had a very ugly night had we not know the protocol at 110. Our server was more bothered by our comments on GF and our return of our cold dinners...who the heck wants to eat cold grilled fish and a cold cheeseburger and fries. Neither dinner was warm to the touch. We go to 110 Grill a lot and never have had an issue in Braintree or the I believe Rochester location. We have been to Plymouth 3 times and all 3 times have had an issue with the server and the correctness of the items ordered. This time we get to add to that list. Not sure we will be back."

"I brought my husband here to celebrate his Birthday and had high expectations based on prior reviews. While the manager was great at getting us a reservation last minute the overall experience was a disappointment. The restaurant is modern and clean. The hostess was friendly and immediately asked if we had any food allergies which is something more restaurants need to incorporate into the guests dining experience. We did not have a long wait time as others voiced while we were there. Due to our reservation we were seated immediately. The food was good but we felt somewhat over priced especially from the Chef’s Selection. The cocktails on the other hand were amazing! The bartenders clearly know what they are doing and it is well worth the money. I highly recommend the Margarita. In regards to service, it was subpar. I am not sure if our waitress had too many tables or she was just not attentive. She was nice but lacked when it came to checking on us or asking how our meal was. She never offered waters or bread. To be honest, she was absent. However despite her lack of attention, I did see her running around and working. So having been a former waitress, she earned her tip. There was also no mention of my husband’s birthday or asking if I’d like to do a cake or something despite having mentioned it to the manager and the hostess. I’d say there are many other new restaurants popping up that I would try before coming back."
