"The smoothies are fine, but the owner doesn?t understand how to make a customer satisfied. Daughter wanted an açaí bowl; husband wanted a smoothie. I worked for five hours getting my classroom ready and told my family I?d pick them up on way home, which I did. Took a step out of my car, and the smoothie cup gave way, spilling all over me and my garage. Went all the way backto Pulp, after calling about what happened, and the owner had the AUDACITY to say it looked like I cut the cup and could?vedrunk the smoothie. I could buy another one for half price. REALLY? For a faulty cup? Like I want to go all the way home andthen all the way back there for a smoothie that wasn?t even for me? Like $6 is worth all that? Long story short, I told myfamily I won?t spend another dime in that business. It?s the principle of the matter! The straw wasn?t even in the cup yet, andI don?t take kindly to being made to feel like it?s MY fault and some kind of scheme to get a free smoothie."
