"I placed my online order at 7:11 PM. I ordered the 10-piece family meal under the name Alexander and the order was supposed to be ready by 7:26, as stated in the email confirmation. I arrived at 7:36 to check if it was ready, but was informed to park in the front and they would bring it out right away. I waited in the parking lot until 7:55, and then decided to go inside to see what was happening. The staff member did not provide any explanation and simply asked me to wait for the food. There was no apology or explanation for the delay. I ended up receiving my order at 8:09 without any apologies. This experience was disappointing and I may consider getting KFC in the future, as the wait time was over an hour for my order."
