"I get the greek gyros a few times a week. Delicious. Would give 5 stars if the drive thru line wasn't long every time I go. One night I sat in line nearly an hour only to get halfway home to discovery the bag contained roast beef sandwiches instead of gyros. Had to drive back and wait inside for some time to get the order corrected. This photo is from Sept 22, today, I choked on plastic that was inside my gyro. I was excited when I pulled up because no one was in line, but my gyro was warm, not hot, and it had plastic in it. I went inside and showed the young lady, she has it prepared again. U told her to tell by the young man to be careful. I saw him grabbing meat from the torn bag to put in the fryer or stove (couldn't see what machinery it was from the front) and I can absolutely see how it happened. Maybe having zip lock type bags can prevent this in the future."

"First of all since when does Arby's not sell hot ham and cheese sandwiches? I step to the counter to place my order, the CSR takes His time to count his drawer, (no problem) but at least acknowledge the fact that I am a paying customer and you will bewith me shortly. I place my order to dine in, when it's ready of course it's all bagged up. I mention it's for dine in, the CSRplaces the food bag on a tray, previously he placed a ladies order on her food tray. I attempted to fill my cup with ice for mydrink, no ice in the machine so I asked the manager to fill my cup, the look on the managers face clearly said I was a totalinconvenience."

"I went to a restaurant to catch up with my girlfriend after not seeing each other for a long time. I ordered a variety appetizer, which was good, but the waitress forgot my chicken fingers and they came out 20 minutes later, although she apologized. While we were engrossed in conversation at our booth, my friend noticed something crawling on the top of the seat - it was a ROACH. We both jumped up to check for any other bugs and went to the restroom to inspect our clothing. We informed the female manager, who told us that an exterminator had been called and would be coming later. Although we were thanked for bringing it to her attention, we were concerned about the other patrons in our area. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant anytime soon."

"Pretty bad and pathetic. Got the Reuben and it was more gristle and other various connective tissue than edible meat. I thought it was paper or plastic so I had to check; nope. This meat was scraped off the bottom of the barrel so hard they broke throughto the ground underneath. I threw it out the window because it was trash. Also the pepper poppers were underdone and themilkshake wasn't mixed all the way. Arby's, pay your employees more so they will feel compelled to do their job or fire them alland replace them with robots. I want my money back or an edible sandwich and I'm pretty sure one of those options is the onlyway I'm going to get one. 1 star for being open, one star for technically getting my order correct."

"I usually receive excellent service when I visit this restaurant, but on the night of February 17th, 2024, around 8 PM, the experience was disappointing. It was just my 9-year-old son and my husband with me, and the service we received was rude. I can't help but think it might have been related to racism. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location."

"Visited here for first time in mid afternoon of 8/19. Went into dining room to order/eat. No one was even REMOTELY friendly. No Arby 's sauce to be found, so had to ask for some packs, which they had to dig out of a box. Booth seating desperately needsreplaced, as all the cushion was gone, and felt like I was sitting on wood planks. Also, you sit really low, so I felt likethree year old at the grown-ups table! Since sliders are the only remotely reasonably priced sandwich (tho mini) on menu, I gavethat a go, and it *was* good. Wish the 'experience ' was AS good."

"It's been years since I stopped at this location. However, I've come back and wow what have I been doing going to other places like McDonald's and Burger King. The app they have really does not work well. But the website has some amazing deals and when you come here the service is by far hands down better than the other places.When you compare it to Chick-fil-A or Popeyes they can't even touch it because those places are so busy. While McDonald's and Burger King are good competitors, they still are nothing like having a beautiful roast beef sandwich.The only other company for fast food that is really on top in our area is Wendy's but the prices have exceeded my pocketbook.Therefore, a nice roast beef sandwich and a quick drink with some curly fries as a winter in my book. Especially when you have a clean store and wonderful staff. This is now my new goto place knowing that there is always available seat with almost no wait using the app."

"One hour wait. One hour. For 4 cars in the drive thru. Horrendous service. I waited one hour in the drive thru to order my wagyu steakhouse meal. There were only 4 cars in front of me. When I get to the window, my drink is wrong, my order is wrong, oh and I ask for a reciept and I can't have one. Get back to where I'm working, which is 5 MINUTES AWAY, and the burger is cold. It tastes like garbage."
