"Just waited two hours for my order to be cancelled. Obviously they are not making the food when the order is placed so that the driver can simply pick it up and deliver it. Restaurants that like to play games will wait until a driver shows up to begin making an order. Well somehow we had a handful of drivers that were prepared to take this order and showed up to the restaurant. So apparently they expect a driver that does not make an hourly wage to sit and wait there for 30 mins or longer? Here's how delivery works guys and gals: step one you receive the order, step two you make the food, step three the driver shows up to pick up the order that's ready to go. Okay? Make sense? Again, to be clear these folks do not get paid to babysit your cooks, only to pick up and deliver COMPLETED orders. So as the customer I get to sit here and wait 2 hours for an order that never arrives and then wait a week for a refund? Seriously??? Not rocket science here people!!! ??????"
