"I originally made reservation on open table for a party of 2. I had called to add one more to the party and the women who answers the phone by the name of LISA was RUDE and said we cannot add another person to the reservation, I said we usually are seated in a booth or table for 4 what is the big deal, she would not do it. I asked to speak to Andrea the owners wife and she said she doesn't work here anymore, I said what, she is the owners wife what are you talking about, she said Vincenzo and his wife retired on April 8. I was shocked beyond shocked as I have been going to this restaurant for years! I am happy for Andrea and Vincenzo, but all I can say is if this lady is the first person you talk to when calling on the phone or walking into the restaurant, the restaurant will never make it. All the original staff had left due to poor management with new owners. How very very sad to see this superb restaurant be turned over to management that doesn't care about their customers like Andrea and Vincenzo did! I will not be going back ever!"
