"The pizza was large, but the customer service experience was terrible. We ordered two pizzas for delivery and only received one. Additionally, someone else's order was included in our delivery. The branch manager blamed the mistake on a new employee in training and did not take responsibility for the error. After we contacted Doordash for a refund and waited 45 minutes for a re-delivery, we decided to find another option elsewhere. This was not the experience we were hoping for while trying to host guests. An apology and a correction would have been appreciated. We will definitely think twice before ordering from this restaurant again."
