"I came here to eat brunch and meet with friends that I hadn 't seen since April of last year. I felt really bad because I thought we were supposed to meet on Saturday, but hadn 't read the entire invitation text message to find out that the plans were to meet at this First Watch on Friday at brunch at 10:30 am. I got a text at 10:30 am that morning, asking if I was on my way. Huh? I live in Brookhaven! 15 minutes later, I was inside the restaurant with my friends who were already seated at a table in the extremely packed dining room. First Watch is easy to find. It 's the the first business on the right as you enter the main entrance street into Peachtree Corners Town Center. A parking garage is conveniently located behind First Watch. I 've been to two other First Watch locations. This is one is small, and they 've tried to pack as many tables in as possible, which made walking through the dining area sometimes difficult. I bumped into the person behind me at the next table when I scooted my chair back, had to say Excuse me to four different people on my way past the customers standing inside the waiting area, and hip checked the back of another customer 's chair (with an apologetic I 'm sorry. just to get from my table to the restroom. The trash was overflowing in the restroom so that used paper towels were on the floor. The service could 've been a lot better. Even after we waved to our server letting her know that we were ready to order, she acknowledged us, and came to our table about 15 minutes later. She came to our table, quickly took our orders, then left. After 30 minutes, our food came. Later, we had to compete with other tables just to get our server 's attention to request drink refills and extra napkins. Our food was very good! Was it worth waiting 30 minutes for? Well, no, but it was what it was. I had the Elevated Egg Sandwich, which had bacon, a fried egg (that I ordered over hard , Gruyere cheese, smashed avocado, mayo and arugula on a brioche bun with a side of seasoned potatoes. Both the Elevated Egg Sandwich and Avocado Toast have both become my favorite meals at First Watch. I thought it was great that I could taste all of the excellent flavors, with the exception of the mayo, and I could feel the different textures, and they all went fantastically well together in the brioche bun. The potatoes were just average. Others at my table had Biscuits and Turkey Sausage Gravy, French Toast, and Power Breakfast Quinoa Bowl, and they enjoyed their food. I give this location an overall 3 stars rating based on my experience here."

"Bad First Experience only at this location! I always use yelp but have never until today created an account. My experience today was so bad I felt it was necessary to put a review. I am a big fan of First Watch. I am a frequent customer at the NewportNews location since it?s close to my residence. Today my wife and our 2 year daughter went in for breakfast. We were seated bythe manager with maybe 6 other tables with customers. We did as we usually do ordered our daughter her breakfast and an order ofmillion dollar bacon first. We ordered water, coffee, apple juice and tea followed by our order shorty after. After being thereabout 20 mins we realized they started getting really busy. We are use to this because we go to the Newport News location and ita common thing. Our daughters breakfast and the bacon was received quickly within about 10-15 mins which was fast since at thetime there weren?t many customers in. We received the water, apple juice and coffee never the tea. After our order was taken wenever spoke with the waitress again except the two times I flagged her down. After 30 mins of drinking coffee and water and ourbacon I flagged down the waitress ask for the tea that had never arrived at the table. The waitress had tables adjacent to usethat she was also servicing. After about 45 mins I flagged the waitress again and asked if there might had been a delay in ourmeals as tables surrounding us of customers whom had just arrived 15-20 mins prior too had already received their meals. I wastold ?sorry it?s really busy right now?. After we had been sitting at the table for over hour closer to an hour and 15 mins wedecided to leave. I spoke with the manager about us leaving and she personally remembered seating us and even she was surprisedto why we hadn?t received our meals. If the meals were never placed to be made and it was a mistake that maybe the waitress hadnot or forgotten to place our order I could have understood and we most likely would h"
