"great swing and a miss, customer service wise. determined to spend our 5th anniversary in gh and came here for a fun dach experience. the round high top table, in which we sat, had a freak phenomenon and the metal cladding that broke around the entire edge of the table wrapped screw and hit me into the hull. Wasn?t the end of the world they moved us to another table not a big thing, but the server made the manager aware and I was surprised that the manager never apologized or said something. we were cool and didn't do a big thing, but at the end of the night I was a little surprised to find that nothing was comped. happy to pay for what I just bought a little disappointed that they did nothing to fix the fact that I was attacked by one of their tables. to make the dinge even worse, they expressed the table with open screws that are against the wall stalking and continued, it even tho it was a security risk. great opportunity, a customer after a strange circumstance feel good and decided not to do anything. unimpressed by the manager on the personal. server were good."
