"Like many other foods. if there is a chance to experience the #1 restaurant in the world. You do it!. that said I was in other Awesome staring Michelin restaurants, and this was just a disappointment. big expectations, absolutely no delivery. All names, food has not supported it!. First of all, please understand that at no point would I call that a bad restaurant, the food is fancy enough, showy enough, and what I think it is excellent in service) is good enough. but remained on the feeling, almost cheated, as in when I had a restaurant that came to the top, and simply abandoned. I even doubt that the chef was at the top this night, there were so many dismissals... the biggest being sad the food) it was only salt with more salt shed... even the bread and the ice were blown up with the stuff!. no balance of sweet acid, of something else to give you a break from salt! In the end for $700 I expected an experience what I got was a tired old NY restaurant with great service, but with food that didn't keep up... for a dinner for two... that was not near value it. $50 a record I'm getting closer... I would say Alinea in Chicago is closer to what you would expect the number of a restaurant in the world..."
