"Manager needs to teach the employees to properly address customers on the phone. I called and got a Hello? ..... Go ahead with your order. Wow. Maybe teach them to say Hello, America Deli! How may I help? It 's not that hard. The restaurant itself is dirty. I know a majority of people go in, get their food, and leave, not sitting down to eat at all. HOWEVER, it wouldn 't hurt to clean up the main area and have some chairs out for people to sit while they wait. I went in today and there were some people standing to wait.Bottom line, customer service needs to be better and the overall atmosphere can be cleaner."
