Despite being promised that my order would be ready in 5 minutes, there were multiple issues in the store. The employee taking phone orders consistently entered incorrect information, my order was given to the wrong person, another customer received the incorrect order, customers were not greeted properly, and an employee dropped a pizza box on the floor before using it to deliver an order. I finally received my order at 5:28 p.m. Although I understand that mistakes happen, these errors could have been avoided with more attention to detail."
