"Have you ever wanted to play billiards and enjoy some of the best Vietnamese food at the same time? Well, you can, at billiard hoang. While we didn't play billiards this time, we watched some people play over drinks. There is a space sectioned off with tables and a space for pool tables. We chose our own table and ordered the Oxtail Pho, Beef Pho, and fish sauce wings. The wings are made to order and take a bit of time to come out, but it is so worth the wait. Insanely crispy and so flavorful. The pho broth is phenomenal, and they bring you all the sides to garnish with (limes, bean sprouts, jalapeños etc. you can always ask for more of something if you want it. Oxtail pho isn't a super common type of pho, but it is so good here. Tender and falling off the phone while packed with flavor. The classic beef is also lovely, as long as you eat it fast! So it doesn't get overcooked while sitting in the broth. I've also heard lots of good things about their Banh Mi, which I'll have to try next time I'm in the area. I saw people ordering takeout with lots of Banh mi. There is ample free parking in front of the restaurant. You may be asked for ID (21+ to enter. Please be patient with the waitstaff as English may not be their first language."
