"Upon arrival, we were promptly seated and greeted by our waiter who offered us bottled water. We politely requested tap water, although it was not initially presented as an option. When we attempted to order wine, our waiter disappeared, prompting us to visit the salad bar. The selection was more extensive than other Rodizios, with choices such as the Wedge Salad and mozzarella and tomatoes. However, the appearance of the dishes exceeded their taste. After a delayed wait, we informed our waiter that we no longer wanted wine. The quality of the meat served varied, with the Top Sirloin being good, the Bottom Sirloin and chicken legs being decent, and the fillet mignon tasting below average. The lamb and chicken hearts were heavily seasoned with what seemed to be chili flakes, rendering them inedible. Additionally, we were never given a list of meats and some options never reached our table until we specifically requested them by name. Upon completion of our meal, we waited for 20 minutes before someone acknowledged us and provided a shared dessert menu. Upon flagging down a waiter to request the check, we noticed a 20% mandatory service charge added to our bill without prior disclosure. An additional 20% tip was also requested, resulting in the potential for patrons to unknowingly pay a 40% tip. This lack of transparency and poor service make this establishment one to avoid. Our experience here will be our first and last."
