"I used to LOVE Auntie Anne’s. And today I have lost all respect for the company. We were in line for so long and there was only one customer ahead of us. There was hair in the food and the coworkers were fighting over who’s hair it was. The worker making the pretzels did not cover her face with her face mask and none of them had gloves on or hair nets. I have never been more disappointed. With the pandemic you would think people would atleast follow the rules while working."

"The regular Pretzel and cinnamon pretzel bites arent individual pretzel pieces at all. Like dough spread out and baked like a fast food bread appetizer. Looks and tastes like breadsticks not even pulled apart or any crust to it all all. Warmed overbread. with some salt and butter sprinkled on top. Not at all what you would think mall pretzels bites would taste like. Gross. Look at these. The left are the cinnamon pretzel bites. the right are the regular pretzel bites. I 'll now referto this place and the minibreadstick fast food place. Not at all the butter goodness of a mall pretzel. Again. Gross"

"Very possibly the worst Auntie Anne's I've ever been to. I thought the first bad experience was a fluke but after 3 bad experiences, I'm calling this one for what it is. I prefer my pretzels fresh and am more than willing to wait the 10 minutes that it takes to cook because I'm not too keen on having a dried out pretzel that's been under the heat lamps for 30 or 40 minutes. In any case, the lady who runs the place or is the franchisee is always nasty about me requesting a fresh one and is forever telling me that her pretzels are never more than 10-15 minutes old at any given time. This location just plain sucks and I'll take my money elsewhere!"

"I have to give it one star because of the times I have ordered there to eat at the mall, they always have given me the right order. For the first time I ordered online and they did not get me the order right. I call multiple times, contacted them on their website as well and so far there is no response. When calling DoorDash they tell me I have to call the store for any problems. What a nightmare. Number on receipt says not in service! "I’m giving this restaurant four stars because I didn’t get to try the entire menu or the famous lemonade that supports children's cancer research, but that just means I have something to look forward to on my next visit. I started with the traditional pretzel bites and classic cheese dip, which were fantastic. I also had the chance to sample the cinnamon and sour cream and onion flavors. The cinnamon was delightful, although the sour cream flavor could use a bit of improvement. However, with Destiny offering samples, I couldn't complain—she was such a lovely person, and her confidence is a great asset to Aunt Annie's. One suggestion I have is to consider a perforated bottom for the cups, so they don't fall apart as easily. Overall, it was a great experience in a wonderful location. Keep it up, Aunt Annie's!"

"I visited the restaurant yesterday, and I have to say that Jordan is an exceptional representative. She definitely deserves a raise and a promotion. When I mentioned to the other cashier that my nuggets were cold, he just stared at me in silence, making me feel as though my request for fresh nuggets was unreasonable. Fortunately, Jordan intervened, provided me with fresh nuggets, and her positive attitude, along with her cheerful smile, made a big difference. I even gave her an extra tip. If corporate reads this, please consider giving her a raise!"

"I want to know why, with seven employees working there, I was completely ignored to the point that I had to walk away. I even made eye contact with three of them! I'm glad I didn't end up buying anything and supporting this terrible service. They were all too busy chatting among themselves to pay any attention to me. If the manager sees this, it was on March 2 at the location next to Macy's. All of these employees should be held accountable for their unprofessional and rude behavior. I really don't understand why there are so many workers if they're just going to ignore customers. Overall, I rate this experience a 0/10. Very disappointing."

"Frozen pretzels? Seriously? If I wanted frozen pretzels, I would just go to the grocery store. I go to Auntie Anne's for fresh, soft pretzels, not for these frozen, uncooked ones they served me. "This food is amazing and a great snack! The prices are decent and the workers are positive. I recommend this place to anyone that is into good food/snacks. They workers are so polite I have never seen such great customer service in my life at any restaurants compared to this Pretzels Place. They cashier he suggested his name was Harry was an amazing guy. He was offering wonderful deals and gave me sample of Birthday Cake Nuggets to me and my wife, made me to buy the new popular came product. "The experiences at Aunt Anne's are always fantastic! Lauren, Erin, and Amber did a wonderful job with a group of children from the Flower City Down Syndrome Network. The kids had a blast making tents, and the staff was incredibly patient and friendly. Thank you, Aunt Anne's!"
