"The food is usually great, and they generally do a fantastic job. However, I was a bit disappointed during my visit yesterday. I ordered a regular fry and 30 hush puppies, but they were out of hush puppies—which is understandable. What bothered me was how they handled my order. They told me to account for the regular fry and three orders of hush puppies, but instead, I received one large box of fries, which was essentially just two regular servings.
Each side of fries (there are four total) is priced at $3.65, so that adds up to $14.60. Meanwhile, the large box of fries costs $7. Last time I checked, $14.60 does not equal $7. Due to being exhausted from a long day, I didn't want to come off as "that customer," so I chose not to speak up and just left. They usually perform well, but this experience was disappointing."
