"This is what they call an appetizer of loaded fries for $8 (check out the picture of the "loaded" fries and fried pickles). The Cajun fries had no Cajun seasoning at all. The buffalo chicken sandwich (ordered with a tortilla wrap) contained just two boneless wings with a splash of hot sauce inside the wrap. After spending over $65 and leaving a $10 tip, I expected better food quality, especially for a pickup order! We have been regulars at Redzone for years, but in the past year, the quality and portion sizes have declined significantly. The service and phone experience were excellent, but the food's quality, portion size, and preparation need serious improvement."
