"Went to Ovation on Cyprus Garden Blvd. My wife made a 6:15 reservation and we got there at 6 and we were made to wait until our reservation time of 6:15 even though there were 4 empty tables. We were sat at a booth that'd was so narrow that the table rubbed against both mine and my wife's chest during the whole meal. We decided on sirloin and ribs with baked potatoes. The sirloin steak was 6 oz about the size of a can of coke round. Dinner was served with a salad which I am not thoroughly convinced it had dressing on it. There also was bread in a basket that was warm served with rock hard butter. The only knife we had was the butcher knife (12 inches long) to spread the butter. With the table pushing on my chest and rubbing continually while I tried to eat I just wanted the meal to be over. $60 for a meal that was not that great."

"family member birthday. the 3 meal drinks, appetizer dessert ordered were all very good. the lamb was especially good for the birthday child. our seats were too close to others. we could hear their talks so I'm sure they could hear ours. the music was very loud, who might have helped to hear other conversations by talking louder. next time, I will definitely request a stand. service was good, but the server seemed to be in a hurry that rushed us the feeling. warning: can be a coincidence, but my credit card was compromised after the use yesterday evening at this place. I received a call from my credit card company this morning for potential after I only used it in this restaurant."

"This is a great option for dining and Davenport conveniently located to I 4. There is both indoor and outdoor patio seating. The outdoor seating is covered and shaded from the sun. I have been here many times and never had a bad meal. The barbecue is very well done and they have one of my favorite salads 1 of my favorite salads ever here. They have a good variety of Alcoholic beverages, and one of the current specials, the peach cobbler cocktail. is is heaven in a glass."

"Fell leaning against the railing..which was a Gate..fell n was hurt and in pain for weeks..talked to dannys(sister, and told her..never got a call from danny..I just wanted gate fixed..had it been my mother..I would have had Issues ..went to look at gate weeks later still was not fixed..if you ordered take out..example..10 tacos..make sure u ask for salsa..sour cream. Or you won't get it..crab bisque is grest..but wslmarts lobster bisque is much better then theirs but big issue I had..ordered French dip..and..YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR DIP..called and Danny said ONLY HALF OF THE PEOPLE IN RESTAURANT USE IT..SO HE DOESN'T SEND IN TAKE OUT..so that's my review..umm forgot to mention went to use toilet..n seat was not attached..so double check..business is for sale..might be a good thing"

"Double date. We enjoyed our food—which was the holiday special of filet and lobster. Mine and my hubs meals were perfect. The only glitch, was my friend ordered medium rare filet, as did I. We both ate the lobster first. The waitress had come by once as soon as we began our meals and we said it was good at that point. However, when my friend cut into her steak it was medium and not Medium rare. She said so to the server. Instead of apologizing. The server responded and I quote, “what do you want me to do about it? I came to your table and you said everything was fine.” Her response was rude. My spouse immediately pointed out that my friend hadn’t even had time to touch her steak at the time the server first asked.” It then became an awkward staring session with the server. We ended up taking the filet home to my dogs."

"This is a fantastic restaurant with a wonderful backstory. I first learned about it from a commercial, and it has so much to offer, including a rich cultural experience. It's like taking a mini-vacation without leaving home. The owners and staff are dedicated and professional, making sure everything runs smoothly. The staff is friendly and welcoming. If I find myself in this area again, I'll definitely stop by for some of their delicious ice cream!"
