"I traveled all the way from the UK to take a cupcake class—though I admit we had a few other reasons for visiting NYC as well. Nevertheless, the class was incredibly fun! Katy/Katie/Katey was fantastic; she was very helpful, knowledgeable, and passionate about what she taught. The cupcakes were absolutely heavenly, and the frosting was light and delicious. I wholeheartedly recommend both the classes and the cupcakes!"
