"They frequently tell me that they don’t have the new items, specifically the quesadillas and burritos. The first time this happened, I brushed it off without getting upset. The second time, they reluctantly made my order but had a dismissive attitude.
Today, when I asked for a steak quesadilla— which is clearly on the menu— I was told they only had lamb and chicken. I accepted that and said I would go for the lamb instead, but then the staff member looked annoyed after checking again and said, "NO quesadillas." He then asked me, "What do you want?"
Feeling frustrated, I replied that I would just go without anything since they couldn’t provide what I wanted and walked out. I don’t know if they're having issues with preparing certain items or if it just takes too long, but this isn’t how paying customers should be treated. If certain items are no longer available, they should be taken off the menu.
This place was once amazing and a staple in the community, but this kind of service will surely tarnish the good reputation that you’ve built over the years."
