"I'm not one to typically write negative reviews, but my experiences with this location have consistently involved rude service. After waiting for hours for my pizza, I called to check on my order, only to be informed by a woman that they had no record of it, even though my card had already been charged. It's incredibly frustrating to have to argue over a mistake that they clearly made, especially since they were quick to take my payment. I won't be ordering from here again—terrible customer service! 5 stars."
