"I just tried to order a pizza, have been a customer for years. I guess they are under new ownership. Orders now go through a call center and the woman had a hard time applying a coupon. I was put on hold and after 25 minutes of trying to order a pizza I was able to speak with the manager. He was extremely rude and wouldn’t honor the coupon which was a $5 dollar off coupon for them making a mistake and sending the wrong pizza on a previous order.
