"I only waited a few minutes to be seated, but then the waitress disappeared for 5-10 minutes. I almost left, but she eventually returned and asked if I needed more time. She took my drink order (coffee) and my food order, then vanished again. When she finally brought out my lunch, I asked for my drink again, and she said she would get it. After that, I never saw her again. I finished my meal and waited for a while. Finally, a pregnant woman who I assumed was a manager came by and asked if I needed anything. I told her I would be fine. She checked on me, but by then it was too late. I usually tip very well, but this was the first time I didn’t leave a tip. The service was terrible, and they weren't even busy."
