They didn't apologize or offer any discount for the inconvenience; instead, they just assured me that my pizza was being prepared. When we finally received the pizza, we tried the sauce that had been highly recommended, but unfortunately, we ended up discarding half of it since none of the staff changed their gloves while preparing our food, which we could see through the windows.
Overall, it was a frustrating experience. Given that the pizza cost $17, I expected much better service and quality."
