"The food was served cold, and the servers confused our order. The dishes were soggy and greasy, and some of the food spilled as the server delivered it to our table. We were the only customers in the restaurant, yet the team of four staff members couldn’t manage to provide us with warm, properly prepared meals. Additionally, their attitude was quite snippy. This experience should not be compared to a typical Burgerology visit."
