"The food at this restaurant is generally good, and the staff is very friendly. We usually visit a couple of times a month. However, during our visit today, I found a hair in my burger, which was quite off-putting. I noticed the employees afterward and realized that there were no hair nets in the restaurant. The main cook had long ZZ Top-style hair and a beard, which I suspected was part of the problem. Another employee at the grill had long hair tied back in a ponytail, but was not wearing gloves and was seen scratching his head in the kitchen. Additionally, the woman server with dark hair, who was handling the orders at the window, couldn't seem to keep her hands out of her hair; she was constantly pulling at it and flipping it around. To make matters worse, she was carrying plates with her thumbs in the food and one under her armpit. I had never realized before, but it seems like there are serious issues with hygiene and basic sanitary food preparation standards here. Unfortunately, I won't be returning."
