"I made a reservation but really did not need to. The restaurant/bar was pretty wide open at the time we ate (7-9pm). The food was great, and fairly interesting. I had a fish wrap that was very good, and the sweet potato fries were some of the best I ever had. We noticed that the website said they had an extensive bourbon selection, but apparently they got rid of most of that as there was not much of a demand for it. The waitress did pick one small batch bourbon for us to try, and we had fun with that (the drinks definitely did the the trick)! The only detractors ratings wise is that it's located right in the middle of the hotel by all the foot traffic going to/from the pool. That, and the fact that some of the cocktails were a bit pricey. Overall good experience for a casual date, if you can look past all the people walking by."
