"I recently tried to go Wooden Ladle Noodle Shop a few times after a family member from this restaurant in another place looked so good that I had to try. I tried the Poke chips with tuna tars both times. The first time I got it as listed on the menu and found it delicious, but much too sharp for my taste. So much that I went through 2 3 big glasses of water while I ate it because it was so spicy. The chips it comes with are really good. They are thinner than normal tortilla chips, and taste as if they are fried Winton wrappers. Unfortunately, the chips are too thin to place the poke like you a salsa, so you need to use a Utensil to place the poke on the chip, but they taste great. The order comes with much more chips than you need, but don't worry, they're addicted so you don't have a problem to finish them. For my second order, I tried to see if I asked after the sauce on the side to try to limit the wort. That worked and let me dip the tuna into the sauce that was still very spicy. I wish she offered a second sauce option that was not so sharp, but until then I will order the sauce on the side for diving. Although I was not immersed in these two occasions, I have eaten in the past in the restaurant and found the service to be quick and friendly. The restaurant itself was clean and simply furnished, but cute. Customers order their food from screens at the entrance. This allows you to make sure that the food is ordered exactly as you want it. However, if you are someone who wants to sit down and browse a menu for a while, you can first check the menu online."

"I came for the Boba!!!! Instantly as I walked in the smell of the restaurant nearly made me vomit. You could smell The trash, rotten food. ? there was no one waiting in line. Of course as soon as I open the door the lady comes out to take my order. Never had I’ve been there before I asked if there was substitutions to whole milk in the Boba teas. They do you have almonds and oak milk. I ordered the Thai Boba tea with oat milk. Instantly looking at the cup I could tell that it was not fresh Thai tea. The consistency of the tea was very diluted. It had no thickness to it at all. After leaving the restaurant it took me about 15 minutes for my stomach to settle from the smell of the inside of the restaurant. I had already knew this was not gonna be there a Thai tea I am used to. I still wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. My first sip was just the tea with no tapioca pearls. All that I could taste was the water down oat milk. As I sip up the tapioca pearl’s and began to chew, I literally felt like I was chewing rubber. I gave it a few more steps, a few more chew’s still the same flavor water down oat milk with balls of rubber. The tapioca pearls were either old, over cooked possibly even both. I was really hoping for a good Thai flavor. ? The only reason why I’m giving them a two star rating is because the lady was friendly. I had already headed back on the interstate for a 30 minute ahead of me. Or I would have taken it back."
