"We have a special request for the spicy salmon to be cut into smaller pieces due to my partner's ARFID, and the owner had assured us that would not be an issue. However, during our second-to-last visit, the staff was unwelcoming and gave us attitude when we picked up our to-go order at 8:30 PM, even though they were still open until 9. At first, they claimed they couldn’t fulfill our request for the salmon to be cut smaller, but they quickly changed their tune once we mentioned the owner's promise.
Our most recent visit was even worse; they failed to cut the salmon as requested and served us gray, inedible pieces. We are genuinely concerned about the quality of the food and intend to inform the health department about our experience. Despite spending nearly $50 for our meals, including tip, my partner with ARFID was unable to eat due to the unacceptable quality of the food. We will not return unless we can be assured of service from the owner or the franchise owner.
Additionally, we paid extra for double avocado, only to find a whole avocado in the bowl, which meant we had to cut it ourselves. It's unfortunate that the owner's efforts to keep the business running are being undermined by unprofessional staff, as noted in other similar reviews."
