"I’m a bit hesitant to write this, bc I realize food is cooked and prepared by people, and people can have bad days. Businesses can be understaffed, or in a rush to push a dish out; there’s a million reasons why a restaurant might not be up to par. I’m leaving three stars bc the gentleman working the drive through window was polite, and is no way responsible (as far as I can tell) for what I’m going to say next This was the most disgusting meal I’ve had in a long time. It was our first time trying this place, and it was absolutely horrible. We preferred a #7 and a #10, both were bland and tasteless. The shredded beef in particular was just awful. There were pieces throughout that were charred, I’m talking completely black and inedible. The tortilla and sautéed onions/vegetables were greasy, slimy, and just plain gross. I forced myself to eat one of the burritos (it came with two) because the above listed meals, along with the spicy fry dish, were $40 something dollars. I’m sort of confused that there are so many positive reviews, so I’m going to assume the establishment was just having a difficult night; however, we will not be returning. Make what you will of that."
