He seemed doubtful but said he would do what he could. Later, he returned to say that all they could offer was a discount. By this point, we had been there far too long, so I accepted it. However, when I went to pay the bill, I discovered that the “discount” was only $3. The total was just $30, so I went ahead and paid. It felt like a cheap price for cheap food.
I really wish I had taken photos to document the situation, but I was so upset at the time that it didn't even cross my mind. I’m not lying about finding hair in my food, and I hope I’m not the only one with this experience because it seemed completely absurd. If you dislike finding hair in your meals, I recommend avoiding this place, as they'll likely think you're exaggerating and offer you a mere “discount.”"
