"We waited an hour for our meal. We ordered off the menu, no substitutions or issues. And no, we didnât order paella. No bread or crackers were offered during our long wait. When we arrived we were the only people there of us). People who arrived after us, who DID order paella were served before us. When the food finally arrived, most of it was cold.
