"Ate at Broma's for 1st time during lunch time on a Friday. Only a few patrons in the restaurant. Very few!! NUMEROUS employees. Was sooo surprised to see so many employees with NO patrons!!! I had the Reuben sandwich with broccoli salad. My husband had the Philly Cheesesteak and pasta salad. The Reuben was crispy and hot. My husband's cheesesteak had SEVERAL chunks of gristle and fat.
