"I spoke to the owner to order a tray of their chicken meatballs ala vodka sauce. The owner gave me his word that everything would be okay and he would take care of everything. When my son got there to pick up the order there was no order and they gave him a tray with food I didn’t order. When he got to my sons party it was not what I ordered. When I approached management the front desk girl said “so you got meatballs in a marinara sauce” You order food and you get something else. No one seems … – show"
