"I used to love coming here all the time and eating their pizza. Today changed everything. I called and ordered for delivery and everything was great. First it was a 40 minute wait time which is completely fine I wasn’t in a rush. They called 25 minutes later but I missed the call. They then called from the store and I answered and it was one of the employees saying that their delivery driver was outside waiting. I then said I am sorry I didn’t see that he called. He then proceeds to say do you want your food ? you have one job to answer the phone , we do all the work for you and then laughs with the other workers. What kind of customer service is that ? I understand the driver was waiting for a few minutes but to be rude on the phone. Horrible"
