"Pretty unprofessional experience. I ordered two bowls and some chips and queso to go. They were out of veggies but the cook was making some no problem, I had no issues waiting. The employee moved to my second bowl order and as she was trying to place the bowl in the to go bag, the lid slid off. It caused a bit of a mess, so she got a new bag and her coworker had to come help put the lid on for her. The male coworker first asked me if I 'd like the bowl redone completely. I didn 't see the need for it, since it appeared only some lettuce fell out. He then explained that they ordered the wrong lids and they don 't work as well. I assured them it was all okay and his response was, Well no, its pretty annoying for us because we have to sift through to find the ones that work. I didn 't respond because this was spoken in a fairly rude tone. The other gal looked like she was about to lose it, never smiling or giving good customer service in general. It almost felt like the two of them were about to fight. It was all very awkward and unprofessional. I left feeling weird and uncomfortable. Lol Just train your crew to be a little more friendly. Great food, great prices, great options, interesting employees. :"
