"We have been going to this place regularly because we like their food, our kids like their food, and it has a drive thru! Recently, their service has declined though. The last two times we went there they declined to take our order because they were “closing”. The first time I understood because we were within 5 minutes of closing, but this time we got there 20 minutes before closing and they wouldn’t even hear our order. We usually come around this time, and have been coming a few times a month for a while and have never had this happen, until recently. I don’t know if they changed their rules or have someone different running their grill but they unfortunately lost themselves regular customers, and we won’t be recommending them anymore either."
