"Incredible poor service. I asked 3 times not to get white sauce with our Pitas. 3 times. I explained we are allergic to that sauce. After 30 minutes of waiting, the Pitas came with... yes White Sauce! I friendly asked to get another set of Pitas WITHOUT white sauce. The person said no. Incredibly impolite and rude. Unbelievable. I couldn 't believe it. The employee said to me it 's not my problem, I 'm not the f@ &ing cook .At the same time, a customer was complaining about finding human hair in her Pita. Very dirty place.Never go to this horrible place. Worst customer service ever."

"Nice relaxing lunch at Nick the Greek at 2223 Business Circle off Bascom in San Jose. The décor is pleasant. During Covid they have tables responsibly separated by more than 6 feet; I assume for health reasons and that is wise. I ate the lunch combination meal of a beef and lamb gyro, which had an excellent taste plus it was fairly large. The garlic fries were out of this world tasty. Yummy! I think their garlic fries are the best French fries that I have ever tasted. Plus a good-sized drink of Pepsi products was included (I chose lemonade). Customers order at the cashier/counter and he/she brings the meal to our table. There is free street level parking in this semi-circle strip mall. The one thing that I did not enjoy was the loud music that was appropriate for a disco. I am guessing the employees like that stuff, but it irritated me. I recommend that the manager or owner play no music or at least some sort of gentle, non-intrusive music."

"We have been ordering from Nick the Greek on Almaden for years. The food is always perfect there so we don't mind the high price for fast food. We tried the location on Lincoln Avenue for the second time today and half of our meal was inedible. The gyro bowl had chunks of dried up old rice and there were these two huge gross pieces of chicken fat or chicken skin in the bowl. I had to toss it in the garbage after just a few bites. We ordered 2 frozen yogurt and paid extra for honey baklava but our cups were only half full with only a few drops of honey and a small chunk of baklava each. We paid $57 for 2 people, plus we included a 15% tip for our take out. Tried calling them repeatedly but noone's answering the phone. So disappointed. If you have to order from the Lincoln Ave location, check your order before taking your food home. Otherwise, go to the Almaden Av or Santa Clara Av locations they've always gotten it right for us."

"This Nick the Greek was my second time trying it and it was good the first time. I decided to try the burger on the menu (beefteki/Grecian burger) and it made me question my burger choices beforehand because it was SO GOOD I cannot actually put itinto words and do it justice. The burger even has a slight bit of char too it which really increases the depth of any bite ofthe burger. Pork belly gyros are also very good. The spicy yogurt I think is the mvp here and makes the burger as good as it isas well as why Nick's fries are so damn good as well. TL;DR Place is great, order things with spicy yogurt, no regrets."

"My friends and I have been passing by this restaurant for months, curious about what they offered. Finally, we decided to give it a try. I ordered the chicken kabob with rice and salad, and it was delicious. The portion size was generous and the food tasted very fresh. Although the prices were mid-range, the quality and quantity of the food made it worth it. I highly recommend giving this place a try."
