"This is my favorite spot for boba whenever I visit family in Arlington. During my last trip, I ordered boba and shrimp fried rice, but when I got home, I realized they had given me a chicken leg plate instead. I was a bit annoyed, but they were extremely busy at the time. I quickly returned to the restaurant, explained the mix-up, and they apologized and promptly prepared my fried rice. It turned out to be delicious and nicely seasoned. Despite the hiccup, this place remains my top choice for both boba and food."

"They should offer more clearly marked vegan options like many other Thai restaurants, as ordering there can be a difficult experience for vegans. I appreciated their strict mask policy, with staff reminding people to wear their masks when not eating. The food was decent, but I had to request modifications."

"I was super excited to try my first Laotion restaurant. Plus I have been craving it. We started off with beef jerky, and the sticky rice/dip. Love the rice and dip. The jerky was okay. It was over cooked with some burnt spots. Hard to chew, but paired well with the dip sauce. For our main we had the pork curry and pad se ew. The pork curry was not for me. It was heavy on the lime and I couldn’t taste the broth and coconut. Pad se ew with a Laotion twist to a classic Thai dish. Which I always app … – show"

"Walk in for early dinner and was seated right away. My friend and I try the couple set meal. It comes with a rice and noodle dish. Along with fried shrimp tempura, pork cutlet, 2 soda drinks. The soda is those can drinks. I got the level 3 spicy and my friend got the level 2 spicy. You really do taste the spicy in this curry, so level 3 4 only if you know you can handle it. Stick with level 1 if you can’t handle spicy. The scallions and dry garlic are free of charge. The price has went up over the years. The place does take card, they do write one the receipt “cash pl” so don’t worry if you don’t have enough cash in hand."
