"I’m deducting a star from my rating (almost two, which I rarely do publicly) because when I ordered to-go, they included some awful soy sauce. It’s low sodium, which might be part of the issue, but it also seems pretty cheap. It’s not even regular Kikkoman! This is unacceptable, especially when you're paying around $20 per roll (not to mention additional fees and delivery tips). In my last couple of bites, I remembered that I had some high-quality soy sauce in the fridge, and it made a huge difference. At first, I thought the sushi itself was terrible, but it turns out the soy sauce was the main problem."
