"When our food was ready, we encountered an issue with the small portion of meat two of our group had planned to share. We went back inside and realized that our misunderstanding of the menu had led to this problem, which was fine. I asked multiple times to order more meat, but the waitress insisted on explaining our confusion instead. I requested to speak with someone else who could assist us in placing an additional order, and she rolled her eyes before fetching the chef.
Unfortunately, the chef misunderstood our issue as well and kept talking over me while I tried to place a new order. I finally managed to cut him off to request a half pound of chopped brisket, and it took an interminable 20 minutes for it to be prepared. There was no urgency in getting it to us so we could eat. 
I eventually informed the manager that we wouldn’t be accepting the food and that we wouldn’t be returning after the disrespectful treatment we received. It’s a pity because the food wasn’t too bad! The okra could have used better breading, but the meat had good flavor. There are definitely better barbecue options nearby, along with far superior service."
