"The staff is always very polite and friendly. The food however, is way too salty for my family. Even my 17yo complained of it being too salty and we couldn’t finish our plates. We ordered the St. Louis style dry ribs. The last time I ordered them they were too salty for me to finish but I wanted to give them another try. I’ve had the fried catfish and shrimp a couple times, nicely fried but also too salty.The smoked cabbage is delicious. The mac and cheese is not very flavorful and kind of mushy. I don’t care for hush puppies but I love theirs. So unfortunately, for me, their food is a hit or miss. If they cut the salt, they would be my favorite local eatery."
