"This is unbelievable to me. We order from here all the time and although the service isn 't great and they get overwhelmed easily we have enjoyed the food until recently. Tonight I placed a $140 order. Shrimp ramen plain (1 shrimp in the dish). Not plain but super spicy Chicken ramen also super spicy instead of plain Grilled salmon. Overcooked to death... So I call the restaurant. They tell me to pour milk in the soup as that might make it less spicy and they must of been an error with the shrimp . I ask if they can fix it. They say. No too busy so I should just complain on the app... I tell them I am going to leave a review that is negative and the woman on the phone says that 's ok I then told her we will never order again if they can 't fix it and she said. no problem can 't fix Sad that is how we treat loyal customers. Yes you can look me up in your system. It 's Mitch. We will find another place to eat. 1 shrimp?? Pour milk in my soup? Come on. Sad"
