"I've read many other negative reviews, and I’ve been a loyal customer for years. I’m always polite and make sure to tip generously. However, during my recent visit for my usual in-store order, I decided to purchase a bottle of water as well. I asked the counter staff, whom I always tip, for a bag to carry it in. He initially told me there were no bags available, which I found odd. After some persistence, he finally handed me a bag. I felt he had lied to me. Because of this experience, I won’t be returning. There are plenty of other options nearby, so why should I settle for being treated poorly when I can choose from those?"
