"The lobster tail was overcooked, and we received our food ten minutes after the rest of our table. I used to work for Jefferey, so I let it slide, but I wouldn't pay full price, especially after the server mentioned that the back end was new and they had run out of tails right after ours. I was a manager at his solar company, so I expected better service, but it didn’t feel that way. Hats off to Ryan, though; he really salvaged the experience."
