"I’m sorry to say that I won’t be supporting this restaurant anymore. Our family has been coming here for years, and we were excited to hold a pizza party this past year. However, while ordering online, I noticed a change in the delivery date. The woman I spoke to assured me that, since it was a future order, my card wouldn’t be charged and that I could cancel the order as usual. Unfortunately, our order was canceled, but I was still charged over $50 the next day. I called multiple times and spoke with two different staff members, including the woman who initially told me I wouldn’t be charged. To make a long story short, it took more than two weeks to receive my refund, and that was only after I continuously called and left messages."
