"I went in to redeem for my birthday slice. They wouldn't even honor the electronic copy with the promo code attached. The guy started saying, “I need a printout.” I tried to explain to him that that's not what the email says. Then he says. “I need the promo code that's why I need the printout.” Then I explained to him that the promo code was on top of the email.
