"During our last two visits, the experience was frustratingly similar. After placing an online order, we made the five-mile drive to pick it up, only to get home and find several items missing. We’re not talking about minor things like straws or utensils; we’re missing all the dressings for our salads and key proteins from our entrees. How hard can it be to get an order right? Clearly, it’s much harder than it should be.
Ultimately, after spending $30 on two salads (yes, we admit we were mistaken to order), we had to make the trek back to the restaurant to get our refund. To top it off, even after apologizing for their mistakes once again, the manager let us leave empty-handed—without any dinner.
This level of service is completely unacceptable; as customers, we deserve better. The only way things will improve is if we stop spending our hard-earned money at establishments that fail to meet our expectations. Goodbye, Piada!"
